Erica joined PMC in 1996 as an intern in the Human Resources Department. After working a combination of part time and full time, she was promoted to Assistant in the Human Resources division. In 2000, she was appointed Manager, Human Resources and then in 2001, she was named Vice President, Director of Human Resources. Erica received her B.A. degree from Binghamton University and her M.A. degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
